The Government of Kenya has implemented a domestic traveller passenger locator form for domestic flights to enhance Covid19 prevention measures. All passengers on scheduled and charter flights, departing from, or arriving at airports with Port Health Authorities are required to complete the online form via bit.ly/LOCALCOVID19MOH prior to their flight. Upon submission of the form, the QR code will automatically download on to the device used and a copy will be emailed to the passenger. The QR code is to be presented to Port Health officials at the airport prior to boarding the aircraft.
Passengers are required to complete the form 24 hours prior to their flight from or to the following airports: Wilson Airport, Kisumu Airport, Lamu Manda Airport, Malindi Airport, Diani Ukunda Airport, and Mombasa Airport.
Please note that all fields on the form marked with a * are mandatory. Please advise your guests of the following:
- The Date of Arrival in Kenya field is the date that they will be arriving at the airstrip that requires the QR code e.g Wilson Airport, Ukunda Airport etc
- The Permanent Address field is the address at which they will be staying in the area e.g Hemingways Nairobi.
- Should they not know their seat number, please use 12 in the Seat Number field
- Please enter 1 in the Apartment Number field
