A few months ago we informed you of our desire and commitment to remain on the cutting edge of travel technology. Since then, we have upgraded our travel booking system, which has allowed to us improve our customer service to you, as well as our quoting turn around time. However, this upgrade has impacted our ability to provide our rates through WebConnect.
We are now working to build a bespoke agent zone, which will replace WebConnect and provide much more detailed information, making it far superior. For a short time, for those of you who were using WebConnect, you will not have direct access to our rates and we do apologize for this inconvenience. Should you urgently require any rate information, please do not hesitate to contact Kathleen Leonard, Product Manager, kathleen.leonard@chelipeacock.
We are still working hard to ensure that all of our current bookings are postponed to new dates, however, please note that in order to change your bookings we need to contact each and every supplier, and in many cases their staff numbers are reduced. We are answering your emails as quickly as we can and hope to have new confirmations sent through to you as soon as we hear back from our various partners.
