Porto is a pedestrian friendly city, with a historic center that’s easy to navigate on foot and walkways along the river that are both pedestrian and bicycle friendly.
The architecture, both old and new, is phenomenal. The urban area is spangled with leafy parks and world-class museums. There are even Atlantic Ocean beaches!
