Travel + Leisure magazine reports that major expansion is in the works for Keflavik International Airport in Iceland.

The airport is predicting more than 10 million travelers will pass through its terminals this year — five times more than the number of passengers seen over the past nine years. Now, the airport wants to invest about $1 billion over the next seven to eight years to make room for new airlines and routes.”
