Japanese cuisine is the specialty every Thursday as Sushi Night takes over Club 31 between 8 and 11:30 PM.

Besides a wide selection of teas from around the globe, the spread includes jams, butter, cream cheese, sweet and savory scons, exquisite macarons, brioche bread, oatmeal and raisin cookies, chocolate brownies, muffins, artisan alfajores, a selection of puddings, finger sandwiches and a delicious mini gâteau (a specialty of the house chef pâtissier) accompanied by orange juice and a glass of sparkling wine.
