Spend a night under the stars on the Sleep Out Deck, complete with four-poster bed and dining table for two, fully immersed in your natural surrounds and excited at the possibility of “visitors” at the waterhole just below.

Soak up the bubbles in both the bathtub and your glass while marveling at the endless African night sky during a two-person Bush Bath. Tucked away privately within the main camp, the bath offers the ultimate romantic and indulgent safari experience.

Take to the skies in an ultralight aircraft for a unique perspective of the Makalali Reserve. Herds of game animals and fascinating landscapes unfold below with the Drakensberg Mountains making a dramatic backdrop.

Learn about photo composition, various tricks of the post-processing trade, and how to maximize the visual impact of your photos during sessions at the camp Photo Studio. At the end of their stay, guests can print their favorite safari images on a state-of-the-art Epson Photo Printer.
