Pachyderms don’t actually sleep at this luxury tented camp in the wildlife-rich Samburu National Reserve of northern Kenya. But they seem to make a habit of casually wandering through the middle of camp at their whim and fancy.

Don’t be surprised to find an elephant casually wandering past your upscale safari tent, meandering along the nearby bank of the Ewaso Ngiro River, or even sauntering between tables in the camp’s outdoor dining area.
